Transfer of innovation
Responsible: Motivácio Alapítvány
The model is transferred in 12 target companies (10 Tuscan and 2 Hungarian) addressed to 60 Managers/HR Responsible, implementing the training theory-practical path in the classroom, through Distance Learning and in the company (40 hours theory/DL, and 200 hours on the job for Total 240 hours/learner). The Hungarian partner implements a transfer in 2 companies and for a total of 10 Managers/HR Responsible. Germany and the United Kingdom, through 4 companies and 20 persons, contribute to define the necessary adjustments in a European dimension.
